How to Install Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.8 release on Ubuntu 16.10/16.04

   Ubuntu Tweak is simple tool for configuring Ubuntu Desktop settings, it is no longer under maintenance since May 2016.  It allows tweaking of many useful desktop and system configuration options which are unavailable via native system tools.


Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.8 Changeslog:
  •     Cache path of Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird changed to ~/.cache
  •     Add support to clean the cache2 folder for Firefox
  •     Show “Computer Icon” and rename will crash in 14.04
  
Installation instructions: 

   Open terminal and run command line...

$ wget https://launchpad.net/~trebelnik-stefina/+archive/ubuntu/ubuntu-tweak/+files/ubuntu-tweak_0.8.8-5~yakkety_all.deb

$ sudo dpkg -i ubuntu-tweak_0.8.8-*.deb

$ sudo apt-get -f install
