Installation instructions:
The GetDeb repository contains the latest packages of gLabels, available for Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu 16.10, and derivatives.
Opening terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and running the command:
Ubuntu 16.04 xenial
